Systems Development and Software Solutions

Overview

IBTS has a long record of superior systems development targeting the data processing needs of our government and industry customers. IBTS has endeavored to upgrade and migrate in-house systems used for contract data processing to encompass the modern web-service platforms, as a standard part of its continuing provision of services. IBTS information systems utilize scalable open source PHP / MySQL run under UNIX-based Apache Servers and .NET and ASP.NET architecture run under Microsoft Windows Server R2. These online systems are used extensively by hundreds of customers in every region of the country.

Flagship Systems

WebLabels

WebLabels is the Web-based evolution of a long-running label administration application called WinLabels. The new system has been designed to automate label administration data at over 220 manufactured homes production facilities nationwide.

WebLabels tracks the manufacture and shipment of manufactured homes, and serves as the primary source of data used to calculate fee payments to SAAs under the executed cooperative agreements. IPIAs must be able to track labels and verify fees paid for labels. The IPIAs can use this software to track their issuance of labels to manufacturers, and by manufacturers to report label usage to the Department of Housing And Urban Development (HUD). While use of this software is optional, the industry has found great advantages to the online system, and its utilization is nearing full participation. IBTS maintains the national label control data set. Enhancements to the system give IPIAs the ability to issue blocks of labels online, and allow for direct reporting of label usage by plants to the IPIA and to HUD.

This system is one example of an enterprise system that has streamlined manufactured housing data processing and given hundreds of customers the ability to report direct and live manufactured homes label administration activity.

eInspection

eInspection is a leading web-based electronic military housing inspection scheduling, data entry and reporting system providing real-time inspection activity access to IBTS Military Housing Inspectors and contractor personnel at 34 U.S. Army and Navy base locations across the nation (CONUS). eInspection is a secure, Web-based system, open source SQL database with PHP screens and embedded reporting components.

eDAPIA

eDAPIA is a web-based system providing third party DAPIAs the ability to submit manufactured housing engineering and design documents to the Design Reference Library maintained by IBTS. eDAPIA provides electronic document transmittal, batch processing and tracking functionality and links to the Image and Retrieval System (IMR).

CASA - Record System

CASA stands for the Computer Automation of SAA Activities. State Administrative Agencies (SAAs) use this menu-driven, Windows-compatible software to facilitate field and headquarters record keeping.

FastAccess - Reference System

FastAccess is a Windows-based user-friendly, reference and database program holding several tiers of detailed text and images. This is especially useful for data that consists of lengthy and complicated regulations, laws, guidelines, and rules. FAST ACCESS organizes this information so that the user can move quickly through the tiers and even see how the tiers relate to each other, rather than wading through volumes of hard copy.

In-House Systems

  • Correspondence Imaging System (CIS)
  • Audit Feedback
  • In-Plant Imaging
  • Computer Coded Images (CCI)
  • DAPIA Performance Review (DPR)
