Our mission is to provide expedited building code compliance and related services as agents of DCRA in order to facilitate more rapid and successful development/redevelopment of time sensitive projects. Our services reduce the burdens placed on government, enhance economic development and profitability, promote energy and material conservation, and improve the safety and quality of commercial and residential buildings in the District of Columbia.

DCIBTS Provides:
